According to a press release given to the media yesterday, popular online slots website AllSlots.com is joining with Twitter in order to give one lucky player a free iPad.
Winning is rather easy, it seems. Players need only to join AllSlots.com, create a twitter account (or just log in to twitter, if they already have an account — and who doesn’t these days?), then follow the contest link on AllSlots.com’s feed. Via the link, players will find the means for entry into the drawing. Of course, only one lucky player will be chosen to win the popular gizmo… but when have steep odds scared away gamblers?
As of now the link is being exclusively published onto twitter, so tweeting seems to be the only way for people to enter. This is the internet, though, and I doubt the link will have a hard time finding its way around forums and friends.
This contest perfectly coincides with the development of AllSlot’s new mobile gaming app, which was (conveniently) designed for the versatile tech darling created by Apple. The software itself was developed by Spin3, a partner of the extremely popular Microgaming brand. As such, it might be safe to assume that American players should check the rules before entering. Given Microgaming’s decision to back out of the US for the time being, players in the states might be ineligible to win the drawing — strictly because All Slots might no longer be accepting US players.
According to the press release, David Brickman (Jackpot Factory’s VP of Player Affairs) had this to say in regards to the content. “All Slots Casino and its web application for the iPad use the same casino account, so players can enjoy over 450 games on the download software at home, and then take the excitement with them when they’re on the move with All Slots Mobile Casino for the iPad.”
